What is the width of the rim? The tire's section width will change based on the width of the rim you mount it to, and that'll determine whether it rubs or not.
FYI, the stock setup for 19" staggered is
19x8" ET36 225/40/R19 front / 19x8.5" ET47 255/35/R19 rear
This obviously doesn't rub
