For the record, the performance M steering wheel IS compatible with any F30cars except that in NO-LINE cars you need to buy the sport-luxury-modern airbag module.
I will replace the steering wheel on my "NO LINE" 335xi, except that I will be replacing it with the one that comes as part of the M sports package - the one with the round airbag module.
There's no way I will drive that car with the NO-LINE steering wheel, which is the thinnest and largest of the F30 family!
