Rick at Unicorn is amazing, very professional and knows exactly what he is doing.
Yes sometimes he can take a couple of days to reply as I believe he is very busy. He doesn't work Sunday or Monday either. Try giving him a ring although that can also sometimes be difficult as he can't always hear the phone due to the loud dyno.
