Not to sure on the 4series but I have a F31 328i M-sport, the M-performance does not fit because of the cut out and and quad tips. It can be done but the meisterschaft tips are 90mm. I ended up using a 335i rear bottom diffuser and cutting the exhaust cut out wider. A few test fits and measurements can get the job done in 30 mins.
