Thanks for the responses. I did call the dealership back and scheduled another visit so they can make sure it flashed right... but I suspect this is a simple programming change. Frankly, it's super annoying. I got very used to the car rev matching for me, and it still does sometimes. I think I'd rather it not do it at all than do it sometimes, because then I could just get used to doing it myself again, but if this is just a change... that's a pretty drastic change to the way the car works that I have to deal with dozens if not hundreds of times per day.
