You can order the tires through Tire Rack for instance and ship to a post box in Niagara Falls NY. ( 5 min. from the border) I know someone who shipped a washer dryer combo from Texas and did this. This service is readily available for a nominal fee. Website is cbiusa.com I think. You save state tax by doing this. Either stay 48 hours to save some Canadian tax or just declare the tires and have them mounted in Canada.
