Bear in mind that November builds probably wont reach you until after the start of the new year. Whether or not you can or want to wait this long I think only you can determine.
To me, while the changes in hardware to seem significant, the improvements in functionality appear to be pretty minor. So I'm keeping my order in place, which is slated for September delivery.
