I think his review and opinions on BMW in general are pretty much locked in. I summarized below
- the former benchmark is no longer out front.
- clueless marketers
- BMW missed a chance to fix even the most egregious quality issues, such as the ill-fitting radio memory buttons
- the car still felt numb and disconnected.

Yeah I agree completely with you. Funny thing about the radio buttons though...from the drivers seat they look slightly misaligned but in actuality when you look straight on you can tell they're perfectly alligned
