It's not that big of a deal. They'll just swap your module out with a newer version. It's not like the pre-Nov '12 ECM are any better or worse than the newer ones, if you're not going to get the PPK. And since the revised ECM is included in the price of the kit, it doesn't cost you any more or less, regardless of when your car was built.
You really should be more concerned with all the
other module changes that happened for Nov '12 cars
