I did code it (with much help from a forum member) to do this. I have not checked it against a gauge but I will.
I don't know this for a fact but I was told BMW doesn't enable this in the US for this reason; many drivers would bring their cars into service because the tire pressures and temps would not all be the exact same reading, and they would interpret that as a problem.
Makes sense to me but it could be complete speculation.
