Ok, got it done

No need for pry tools, just a 8mm socket and a heatgun...also a pair of gloves

Do not try to do this in cold temps, my first attempt fail cuz the outside temp was around 40-50 degree. I'll say 60 degree and above will be better.

I use the heatgun on low and you have to heat all around the reflector for a good 3-5 minutes. Also a good idea to use a rope to hold the plastic fender. I tie it against the wheel so that it will remain open for access.

Push on the reflector and it will come off, if not keep heating it
