In the "Effective January 1, 2016" Ordering Guide for the US there is a note "11/18/2015 - Shipley - Updated 5DF ordering rules for 340i and 340i xDrive: cannot be ordered with ZMP and ZTR". So as of Novenber 18 2015, Active Cruise can not be ordered with MSport and THP
I just ordered a 340ix in March and could not get Active Cruise with MSport and THP. I had the ordering manager verify. I ended up with MSport and THP and not getting Active Cruise control.
