That being said, if BMW really wants to show the US how competitive Diesel is to gasoline (like Audi has at LeMans), then give us the full 300+ hp 335d as well, with an 8 speed automatic and all other ED tweaks BMW has to offer. This car could easily outperform both a 335i in speed and a 328i in fuel consumption. But that would make too much sense (like offering us a 335iT instead of a 535i GT)...
