No.
Like just about everything you see in commercials, it's "dramatized". It would take a
lot of practice to hold a drift like that using a joystick remote control. Anyone who has tried to play a racing sim with a gamepad can attest to how difficult it is. When you hook up R/C controls to real cars, you have to deal with the lag associated with servo motors and real world physics.
