Reason they rub is cause you have a too low offset with a wheel that´s too wide. 265/35 tire isn´t the problem here. Standard ET on 8.5" wheel is around 45, so if you would have at least stuck to above 40 on the offset with a 9.5" wheel, you should have been in the clear.

edit: AND you´re lowered, double fail :/ but it looks good though!
