That Car Spa is a disaster! Had them break the electronic controls for my seat on a previous car... and of course it was moved for some short ass person driving it. Not to mention a huge 2 foot scratch on my hood from uncleaned brushes.
I highly recommend just washing it yourself. Nobody cares about how clean it is more than you
