Of course, subsequently folks have stated that BMWNA has opted out, which makes some logical sense, but I have yet to see 100% proof of the opt-out.

I guess time will tell when November f30 builds trickle in. I might have bitten early this summer if the site hadnt had this discussion going. Just goes to show you its sometimes smart NOT to wait oh well. My lease is month to month so i can continue on as it goes.
