Lift heavy, Take a multi Vitamin and get 8 hours of sleep a night. Report back in threee months.

You can toss in Pull ups and dips a few times a week. Maybe some Cardio for heart Health.

Don't over complicate things. Get in the gym and work. You should be exhausted and a sweaty mess from just lifting. Anything less and your not working hard enough.
