My F30 28i is equipped with a Continental Tires. Frankly I have always been a Michellin guy on my VW but never had run flats.

- How good is the "Continental" Brand?
- Whats the best air pressure?
- Is filling the tires with Nitrogen better or not?
- Does Run flat make the car feel stiffer than regulars?
