1) Manual telescoping steering wheel. WTF. It does not matter how much you pump into the 3er, BMW will not offer you the electronic version. You can get this in cheaper cars for heavens sake.
2) I bought mine of the lot with only a few options missing, Driver Assist Plus, Active Cruise Control and Rear sunshade. Now I can live without these. The one option that was not available on this car was the HK sysytem. I have an X5 35i which also does not have the premium sysytem so I knew I was f****d. I did not realize how f****d I was until I got a chance to play around with the car. At least my X5 is a few notches lower than my G37 (waiting for lease to run out) with the BOSE audio. The X5 system is not great but it still holds its own in some respect. The base audio in the 335i is just horrible, they is just no other way to put it.
However, I would buy my 3er all over again
