You're going to the wrong places. I've gone to plenty of touchless tire places and they've never scratched my wheel. When you drop the car off you have to tell them your wheels are virgin and tell them to walk around the car with you. Point out your wheels and tell them you expect no scratches when you get the car back. And if they do come back scratched, make them buy you new ones.
