I would buy it if I were you. With the runflats, you can't repair them, so everytime you have a flat (or a leak), you will be out $450 or so. I speak from personal experience - on my first 06 E90, I bought it, and in 3 years had to change 5 tires - all were paid. I buy it ever since.
