For our US neighbours, here is a photo illustrating the optional factory installed M Sport brakes ($350). The front rotors are 370mm, rear 345mm and both are fitted with blue Brembo callipers.
Unfortunately, these brakes cannot be ordered by US customers,
but you can get the port-installed M Performance brakes for $2700 + installation. The only difference between these two types of brakes are that the latter come with slotted/drilled rotors and the callipers come in either red or yellow.
Thus far, the M Sport brakes on my car have been silent and very effective.
