First, USAA discount is only $1000 if you're using BMW FS for financing.

When you use USAA discount, they hide that in the "Cash Price of Vehicle" aka $42,379 in your case.

The Holiday Cash (and I assume college grad) is listed as "rebate" for $2000.

Dealers can be tricky like that. That's why you need to back into the price on your own, so you can make sure the final price they're charging you is what you expect.
