This is probably more of a personal decision....would you get more use out of a sedan or a convertible/coupe? E9x's are great cars, but the 335 is not exactly fuel-efficient, whereas the F30 328 is more fuel-efficient and a more practical daily driver. (I'm assuming that you meant 2013 328 M-Sport, since that's the first year that they will be produced).
That said, the E93 with 12K miles on it might hold its value better than the new F30 since your uncle has already taken the majority of the depreciation.
