My buddy is an attorney there and also in the BMW Z3/Z4 Club of Arizona and in club drives has witnessed cars pulled over at 100mph+ and the drivers arrested on the spot. If you don't have a passenger to drive it, the car is impounded.
He got them off at a lesser charge but it ain't worth it in the end.

I Live in canada and here its if u go over 50km (31mph) over the speed limit, ur car gets impounded for couple of weeks and u loose ur license on the spot. its def not worth the risk and i never go that fast. heck its so easy on this to speed but i wanted to know what was the limiter set at cuz so many ppl ask me that...
