I would also try resetting (VO Code) FEM_BODY, and checking to see if the rear windows at least roll down, just to rule out coding as the problem.
They should roll down from the factory, so if yours are not, and you can't figure it out, it should be covered by dealer under warranty.

VO coding FEM_BODY didn't help, so I reset everything and took it into the dealer. Turns out the battery died at one point so they had to recode the rear windows
