Good point. Yes, my figs are straight from OBC and I agree: a reasonable +/- 5% accuracy of OBC on a given car could easily allow total 10% discrepancy between two cars.
I'm too lazy to do the brim to brim thing. Think overall mpg is still pretty good though.
Nisfan, maybe my car has taken too many happy pills and yours is just plain pragmatic.
