MY14 for F30 should start with July production. Depending on BMWNA MY14 changes you may be able to get a car in late August for ED. Check with your dealer. They'll likely get their MY14 allocations beginning about 2-3 weeks before production start. ED can sometimes be delayed a few weeks and depends on BMWNA.
F32 is another story altogether. No word yet on production start date. I'm doubtful it will be July. And even if it is, BMWNA ED for F32 will likely not happen in first couple months.
