REM is new, sensors are used -- Mineral white new are ridiculously expensive. Probably the issue but, as I say, the system actually works perfectly, so IDK.
Thanks for the offer, likely working late and then have to head out of town for a bit. May be a while before I'd be able to coordinate remote access.
