Not sure why some are surprised here. From what i can recall, before the EU was formed, 80's some 90's. Many people used to buy a gray or yellow E cla$$ Mercedes Benz and register it as a "taxi" this would avoid paying all kinds of Taxes(engine tax size?) and less registration and less insurance fees. They would just use the car as a person car, pretty much screwing the governments
At least that's what i was told by my relatives when i visited Italy and Greece.
I have a feeling this is what this guy is doing........don't know if he is "f*cking the government in some way, shape or form
