Sanity Check: Please review my plans

First of all, thank you in advance for all the replies!

My car is a 2014 328i xDrive M-Sport. (AW)
I do not track my car.

After a lot of wheel and tire research, I think I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on a set of OEMconcept 437m black replicas. 8.5" ET35 front and 9.5" ET40 rear. These should look just like the OEM wheels but fit the F30 a little better while still being lightweight and have less poke.

For tires I plan on using Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 235/40R19 front and 265/35R19 rear. These are 26.40" and 26.30" tall respectively, compared to my stock 18" 400M 225/45R18 which measure 26". I'm thinking the slightly taller tires will help fill some of the xDrive wheel gap.

Depending on how bad the wheel gap is, I'll either immediately or in the coming years lower the car just enough to eliminate most of the gap using either ACS springs or Bilstein coilovers. (more research needed)

Not knowing how much gap there will be, am I possibly hurting myself by going with a larger tire? I know that lowering kits have a minimum drop and xDrive options are not always as plentiful.

Thanks!
