I just talked to my dealer and he told me what he sees in his system. He sees it at VPC and checked in, but currently waiting to go through and has these estimated dates in his system:
12/21: Arrive at VPC
12/24: All work done at VPC
12/26: Ship from VPC
12/27: Arrive at Dealer
So looks like if no issues I probably pick it up sometime around end of next week which works. I'll be out of town until Wednesday night anyway.

Update, got an email from my sales guy this morning and he shows my car as still going through vpc and not yet released to trucking company. Could still get it by the end of the week if it gets through there quickly. I guess the weekend and holidays slowed everything down.
Really hoping wifey and i can go pick it up friday afternoon or saturday.
