Lol... same thing happened to me... My family has had multiple BMW's through our dealer and all with out plates. My SA wasn't there the day of prep and the first thing the "lazy" lot boy does is go out and slap the plate holder on my new baby.

Needless to say at first my SA was kinda quiet to me (car was covered) and then dropped on me the issue...

They repainted the whole bumper. It may be a little off but it's pretty damn close and there's no holes. So thankfully they took care of it.

Cost them (rental car for a week) + (paint and labor) = lot boys wage for a couple weeks.
