do they really do consumer wheel repair there? I think they only do it for the competition wheels. Whenever I've contacted them for anything on a multi-piece wheel, they've said they only do support for race teams.
Having refinished my own HRE's, there's no "black magic" to assembling multi-piece wheels. Just a lot of OCD and proper tools (i.e. torque wrench)
