OP stated the cars he was comparing were comparable lease prices. Have you actually shopped and negotiated pricing (with apples to apples options) or what are you basing that on?
I question how the CTS-V, which when optioned similarly to a 335 is still a good ten grand more on the sticker, could lease the same or even in the same neighborhood.
