Last summer around Liverpool street (London) something along these lines happen just outside my office.
Some chap in a TTRS honked his horn cos nutcase step out in front of him. The nutter then whipped out privates and started urinating all over the guys bonnet. TTRS chap was honking away but no one helped him.....everyone was either too shocked or just laughing.
