Front - 19X8.5 +40ET & 245/40/19
Rear - 19X9.5 +45ET & 285/35/19
Slightly lowered on Eibach sport springs (~.75" front & 1" rear). No rubbing issues on the rear, although it is VERY close. I have 5mm spacers in the front which pretty much makes for a +35ET in the front and it rubs the inside of the wheel well the tiniest bit only if I turn the wheel all the way one way or the other.
You may need a 5 or 10mm spacer in the front but you didnt specify the width of your wheels which can obviously make a difference.
