My "Total additional fees due at signing" are $1,075.59. The 1st month's payment is in addition to that amount, and then the $1,000 BMWFS rebate is subtracted from that total.
Mind re-running on your spreadsheet with a 0.0013 MF and a $53,320 sale price (getting rid of the duplicative $400 dealer profit line)?
