I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before as I couldn't find it ; is the sport suspension (704) the same firmness as the Adaptive M suspension in its "sport setting "?

So , in other words, if you spec the sport suspension is it the same experience as having the Adaptive M suspension in its sport setting full time? ( of course I understand that other parameters are changed when the sport button is pressed but I'm only talking about suspension).

Any literature that explains this guys?

In the Adaptive M, is it two settings; comfort and sport ?
