they did not nor did they make any attempt to do so but I've moved on.
I go to Schomp instead. They are world class. Whenever I need service they will pickup my car from the office and drop off a loaner. Then when the service is finished, they'll take drive my car back to me.
I know this is something Murray would ABSOLUTELY not do.
