I don't think there's going to be that big of a premium - the price difference between the two is 27,000 or a 56% premium...
I think there was a rumour floating around that the 4-Series was going to be very close to the current E92 3-Series (likely a couple thousand more) but definitely nothing like the gap between the 5 and 6-Series. Could you imagine a 60k starting price for the 4-Series?
