I did not take measurements to confirm how much my car actually dropped, but these figures sound reasonable to me.
I know that every car is different, but the measurements I provided were exact to my Sport Line 335i on H&R Sport Springs. These are the measurements that I got from BMW when they aligned my car after being on H&R Sport Springs for 6 months.

I forgot to mention, the H&R Sport Springs will not lower the front as much on a 328i due to the lighter engine; unless they started shipping 328i specific springs to the USA. In the beginning, they were only sending 335i Springs for all applications.
