I recently bought F30 and of course there is no spare wheel because it has the run flat tires.

These are my summer tires (and 19" rims), but for winter I bought smaller rims (17"), for which I intend to by Micheline Alpin, which are not run-flat, and to acquire a tire mobility system, in case I puncture the tire.

The claim from http://www.carbibles.com/tyre_bible_pg3.html about the inability to use the tire mobility system with Valve-stem sensors, because the aerosol will go directly through the sensor and effectively render it useless, got me to pause a bit.

Does anyone know what TPMS type is used in the F30? Is it Valve-stem sensors and is it true about the aerosol?

Thanks.
I'm almost 100% certain it is a valve-stem sensor for the F30 TPMS system.

As for the aerosol, I do not know.
