So first impressions of the MPE are pretty positive. There's a slight tone difference in Comfort mode, a bit more throaty, but not by much. I'm happy with that because I mostly drive in Comfort to work in the morning and I would imagine it would get pretty annoying after a while if it was constantly louder than what I'm used to.
Boy oh boy does that change when you switch over to Sport mode. Complete 180 in sound. It comes alive. It grumbles, burbles and sounds just plain mean. This is the way it SHOULD sound when you drive this car off the lot. The stock exhaust is plain timid compared to it.
The SA tells me that it's going to take a bit for the MPE to settle. After a while it's going to get deeper and more "grumbly". I can't wait. Totally worth it and I'm super happy.
