Look at his profile... he's in Canada, where there is no "Technology Package" - Navigation is part of the premium package and the HUD is a standalone option.
I can't say for sure but my assumption would be that if you have nav but no HUD, the navigation directions will just always display in the instrument cluster (rather than not at all). Just a guess though. |
Yes, Canadian cars with Nav display instructions in the dashboard panel, just like the press picture. Saw it in action myself. |
