In my younger years I had an ex put nails under two tires THREE times. The first time I assumed it was a freak accident. The second time on the same two tires I realized it was intentional. By the third time I learned to check my tires before driving every time so I only had to replace 4 tires total.
Sometimes it just happens. Seems like getting a full size spare, a donut, or keep buying run flats are your only option
