Venetian Beige Dakota Leather$1,450
Dark Burl Walnut wood trim$500
Driver Assistance Package$950
Lighting Package$900
Premium Package$3,200

STEPTRONIC automatic transmission$0
Heated front seats$500
Navigation system$2,150
Split fold-down-rear seat$475
BMW Apps$250
Destination & Handling:$895

Obviously you could build one for less but it wouldn't be nearly as appealing as a nicely optioned one. (duh)

It also looks like even if you get a Nav you don't get an extended display, but I'm not sure about that. It shows that way on the configurator. The coolest thing to me is you get an M Sport steering wheel with the sport package.
I think most people opting for this model will keep it under 40k
