All depends on how many they are allocated and how many customer orders they have already used those allocations on. Bottom line, if you find a dealer with an allocation that isn't spoken for, you can put a deposit on one even if it's too late to customize the order for what you want (if getting it sooner is more important to you than getting exact options, colors, etc you want). I don't think it would be too late to modify an order yet though for MY2013 since they're just getting started (or not even, think production starts in July?).
Only way to know is to get to the dealership and ask.
