Possible, but BMW has shown a lot of the M5 as well; much more than this car shows. All of the current M5 mules are just using the swirly stickers. The other thing is that the car had a regular dual (on one side) exhaust (a la 528i, 525d, 530d). That's visible in one of my pics, but with a larger resolution that I can blow up to see details. But you guys are right, it's definitely a F10. It was much larger than the E90, and looking at another shot showing just the taillights (wasn't uploaded), the pattern inside the lights is the same as the one found on the F10.
